I bought Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Manual e-book and at first glance was impressed by its size. This e-book offers a lot of information. I understand, though, that more is not necessarily better so I took time to read the whole guide. I like this guide because it is all substance, no “fluff,” and straight to the point. For people who are serious about implementing a lifestyle change this e-book provides useful recipes, useful menus, and suggestions for creating a well-rounded shift into natural living. Even “whole foods for the mind” in the form of books, websites, and movie suggestions are addressed. The Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Guide is a well thought out, thorough, and therefore excellent purchase and a great value. *

My favorite section is the one on regimen for specific diseases. Which listed various diseases and the specific Dherbs.Com supplements recommended for the disease(s). Great diet guide especially if you are changing your diet. It lists some recipes as well as sources for alternatives to the Standard American Diet foods It also has a great listing of books with many topics to choose if you are changing some aspects of your life as well. Great resource to have around. *
