I used directly after using 20 day cleanse. I lost 28 lbs. on the Full Body Cleanse and 7 lbs. on the weight release cleanse. I was very pleased with both. *

The Weight Release program got me started on my weight-loss journey. I lost 11 pounds on the cleanse, I probably would have lost more, but I had to have steamed vegetables during the cleanse, so I did not go completely raw. It was not that hard and I was never hungry.
