The best idea for cleansing and weight loss. The body holds onto toxins in all body parts. This cleanse releases those impurities which results in weight loss in the most hard to reach areas such as arms thighs and back. Awesome product. This system promotes a healthy weight loss and increases your chances to release even after the system is over. It will inspire you to keep going while motivating you during the increased energy. The herbs are great for cleansing your system. I regularly used the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day instead of just once. I do feel like it does not help you to lose the weight it says. It says that you will lose 10 to 15 lbs. After about 2 weeks of using the herbs and following the diet (90%), I lost .5 lb. That was disheartening. This was my second time using the weight cleanse. My first time, I used them to simply ween myself off meat products and didn't follow the diet. I actually lost more weight doing that. I was eating processed fake meat products. Even without the weight loss, I still liked the regular elimination. Also, trying to follow the raw food diet helped me to regularly put vegetables into my regular routine again. *

This product is amazing! I felt great. Not hungry!! Lost 18 pounds in 20 days. No sugar cravings! Eating raw foods sounds hard but it is not. It was easier than I thought and I didn't even follow any of the many recipes found on line. Next time I plan on trying some of them. Felt that the product did what it said it would do. I've tried other products in the past and did not have the same results. The only down side is that I thought I was also doing a Full Body Cleanse and later learned this is not. It would be better to do the full body and then the weight loss cleanse. I'm getting ready to do the full body. I will definitely continue to do these cleanses regularly throughout the year. *
