I enjoyed that it wasn’t a tea that forced me to stay home and wait for it to work. If there was a bowel movement on the horizon, I would know before and it was not an explosive or hurtful movement. I’m it sure it that’s good or bad but for me it was good. I recommend Weight Release Tea if your are not good at taking a lot of pills. I just couldn’t commit to the pills just yet. But I’ll give them a try eventually. *
