I recommend The Yoni Cleanser Formula 1 milllion percent. The instructions are for 3 capsules. I only took 2 at a time consistently until I reached half the bottle. I stopped taking them because I realized they were actually inducing me to bleed….BUT…when I stopped, my regular cycle came without warning. No cramping, minimal bloating, but light enough for me to prepare. Every cycle since then has been a breeze. No cramping. Much lighter and actually becoming shorter. For myself personally, I take only 1 capsule on the first day of my cycle and it does the job for the duration of those days and I feel extremely fresh throughout my cycle and even after it’s gone.
