I've been taking the Yoni Cleanser for 2 weeks consistently and I've noticed a major change. My cycles have been less painful, I've noticed less discharge, and oddly I've noticed I'm sleeping better. I love the Yoni cleanser. It helps regulate my menstrual cycle going from a 7 day cycle to a 4 day cycle is awesome. The Yoni Cleanser has been helpful so far, this is my first time trying this product. I'm sure my body has to get use to all the new herbs I am introducing it to and may need more time to properly work its magic. The Yoni Cleanser is a great product that is a must have for women in their reproductive years. I use it once every few months or so for a vaginal detox as well as to get my hormones in balance. When I use it I always have lighter & pain free periods for the next few months compared to when I don't use it. I think this is a great maintenance product. *
