I am on week 3 of the Anti-V Cleanse and I started this cleanse immediately after I came off the Full Body Cleanse. Honestly I didn't think I was going to be able to continue with the diet but after all these weeks I don't desire meat at all, not only do I feel better but now my bowels are super regular. I don't have the bad odor I used to with my bowels; the vaginal discharge has went away as well. I do eat cooked veggies and raw veggies. I only drink distilled water or Alkaline water from Whole Foods now; sometimes I will do veggie smoothies. I must admit I am shocked with the transformation my body is going through. I don't like having to take so many pills daily but after a while you get used to the routine I guess. *

I am on my 16th day of the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen and I feel good. I stuck to my diet this time (I didn't when I did the FBD) and now I have a newfound love for raw foods. I will not be eating meat any longer after this cleanse besides the occasional salmon (once a month). My bowels have been regulated and no longer have an odor and I'm not craving fast food like I used to. Also, vaginal discharge have disappeared. Initially, it was tough to adapt to eating only raw foods but once I googled raw recipes, things became a lot easier. I used the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen because I wanted to stay healthy this winter. When my son and family got sick I was the only one in the house that did not get sick. So far I have not had the flu or a cold. *

I had a really bad skin eruption and after being on the third day of the Anti-V Cleanse my skin was better. The cleanse also helped with weight loss. *

The Anti-V Cleanse was suggested by my doctor in addition to the Full Body Cleanse. I did the full body first and just finished up with this cleanse. My skin has never been better. I didn't have any bad effects. I did practice meditation as suggested daily and stuck to a 99% raw diet. I was a little tired the first few days but my energy was much improved by the end of the first week. I have a glow that can't go unnoticed. I will do the full body again for my fall cleanse. I can't say enough on how much better I feel after I complete a cleanse. *
