Ok, I did the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen for about 2 weeks, but I had to stop because, to be honest I was struggling. I experienced intense stomach cramps and always needed the restroom (LOL). This did not go down well for me at work, however, I am determined to complete this cleanse to the end. One good thing though, I know my body is passing at lot of unwanted stuff, because I have some serious breakouts to prove it. By the way, the Anti-V Roll On is a must. *

It was hard to stay on the raw diet. But even though I cheated I still managed to lose 20 pounds. I had more energy and my skin was clearer. I will try the Full Body Cleanse next. *

I did the Anti-V Cleanse in November, and December of last year. We all know that's the prime time for colds, coughs, and flu. While on the cleanse, I did not cough, sneeze or anything. I did not have the runny nose and mucus that others have during this time. While those around me suffered through the cold, and flu season, I went through it unscathed. *

So far I've used both the Full Body Cleanse and the Anti-V Cleanse. However, I love the results that the essential oil in Anti-V kit, along with soaking and meditating has done for my skin. So much so, that I can tell a difference in the last two months that I have been without it, and plan to reorder it. *

My wife saw a healthy glow in me after I completed the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen. To be frank I followed only 50% of the regimens diet rules. I know that I could have received more of a benefit from this product if I had followed the diet 100%. But I found the diet to be difficult. I am planning to follow it next time. *
