Athletic Boost did not disappoint! I need an additional boost during my workouts without a bunch of chemicals. I have tried workout powders but the crash from all the chemicals caused me to stop using them. It wasn't good health wise. Immediately I felt the difference in my energy levels as well as my ability to keep up with the fitness instructor and have a positive attitude while working out. I felt mentally and physically good during and after my workout without a crash.
