After I completed my Full Body Cleanse I noticed I still had skin imperfections on my face, so I ordered this Blood & Lymphatic, because I felt my blood still needed a good cleaning. Last year before I took the FBC my skin was horrible. I am now a vegetarian, no dairy or refined grains and I would recommend the FBC if you have skin problems. I have had Blood & Lymphatic for a while only taking it off and on..more off than on unfortunately. I had a live blood cell analysis done that was shocking!
