Blood & Lymphatic worked wonders. My lymph nodes used to swell all the time if I used the wrong deodorant or soap with chemicals but they haven’t swollen again since I purchased this supplement. Hadn’t been coughing from pollen and allergies either and what I found strange is that my feet swell from not keeping my salt intake balanced. This flushes your blood if you take after eating to flush salt. I noticed after taken it for about a week, while eating a few veggies, the swelling goes completely away even if you eat other unhealthy foods.
