I drink the Blood and Lymphatic Tea daily, in the mornings and I can tell the difference when I miss a day. It has greatly improved my complexion and skin issues, and my labs have improved in the areas of kidney function as well. I have tried the blood and lymph pills as well but for someone who takes a good deal of supplements daily the tea was a better option for me as I can take it with me and drink during my commute.
