Dherbs bowel motion is the real deal. For the past 20 years, I have had issues with severe bloating. I've gone to several doctors to address the issue but not one doctor could find anything wrong. I suffer from constipation because of my high intake of iron due to my anemia. I have found the Bowel Motion to work extremely well.
