I have IBS-C / CIC, I usually take Motegrity but was looking for something more natural that wouldn't make me feel physically drained. My GI told me not to do this, as most of their strongest medications barely help as my condition is severe/chronic, but there's a better option out there - this MAY be it, for me personally. Bowel Motion does work, to help go more consistently & comfortably, however, it's definitely not gentle on your stomach, or at least has not been within the 3 days of me taking it. The reviews are great, so i'm hoping I start to adjust soon- and will do another review after a month of taking them. *

I take tablets at night before bed and the Bowel Motion works its magic by morning. I love it because it gives me the regularity that I seek naturally. *

After completing the 20 day cleanse, I wanted to continue with the colon products since it worked so well. I am so happy to finally find a product that works!!! The inability to have regular bowel movements has caused significant stress on my body and overall sense of well being. Bowel Motion works great. I absolutely love it. I don’t get stomach cramps like when taking a laxative and get the same results. I don’t use it daily but when I notice I haven’t had a bowel movement in a couple days this works wonders. I always take a few on vacation with me just in case, I find that taking these mid day or at night works best because it works the following morning. Highly recommend. *

Bowel Motion works great. I take two daily at night and the next morning it’s like clockwork. It cleanses me out since I go about two to three times. I used to take another supplement but these seem to work much better. The previous product I took, I think my body got used to it because it wasn’t as effective as it was the first time I took it. Bowel Motion remains potent and works everyday! I highly recommend this for daily movements. I used to be constipated on a regular but not anymore. It’s safe and very effective! *
