I suffer from constipation because of my high intake of iron due to my anemia. I have found the Bowel Motion to work extremely well. I have a movement at least once a day without the stomach cramps or gripping feeling that some natural remedies come with as a side effect. I am comfortable taking this medicine and knowing I can go to work and continue daily living because it just really loosens up what is in the intestines and creates a normal bowel movement. I would strongly recommend this to everyone. It works. *
