Bowel Motion really does what they claim. I don't take it as much as I use to because I've become more regular since using it. They're easy to swallow, and I only take them when I need an extra cleanse. They have natural ingredients which I prefer. I was a little skeptical at first but I'm glad I tried them. Bowel Motion is my magic pill for staying regular. I take between 2 and 4 pills a day before bedtime. I take 4 if I had a lot of junk food or meat that day. But 2 pills usually gets the job done. And it works without all of that cramping that laxatives usually cause. This is a natural alternative to those OTC laxatives. Safe enough to take daily. *
