Awesome product! I use this along with the tea and usually I take it at night, because personally it works best for me. The Bowel Motion pills don't have a taste to it which for me is a huge deal since I'm not to good at taking pills. I really feel lighter when taking these pills and not as bloated at all. Definitely another one of the wonderful products from Dherbs that I would buy again! *

I have been taking prescribed miralax & 2 stool softeners every night for the past 10 years. I was lucky if I had one BM maybe every 3rd day (or longer).
