When I first started using the Bowel Motion, I was a bit irritated because I had to use 5 capsules instead of 3. I decided to order the Colon & Digestive Tract along with the the colon & digestive tract. It works so much better for me using both products together and eating a proper meal plan. My muffin top has disappeared. I will be ordering these products constantly. *
