I take Bowel Motion every night before bed since I have been diagnosed with LBS. Previously I was not able to have regular movements and I was always feeling bloated and under the weather until I discovered this product. It is gentle on the system, while assisting my body with releasing waste and impurities in my body on a daily basis. Bowel Motion is good, but I think I saw better results when I took as part of an overall package as opposed to just by itself. Taking by itself did not produce release every day, but taking as an overall package it pretty much did. I believe it was the weight release one if I’m not mistaken.
