I started using the Bowel Motion after completing the cleanse which included this product. It was sensitive on my stomach and allowed me to have a good clean bowel every morning. I didn't have any cramping like other products would do you and it allowed me to not have that bloated feeling. I would recommend eating as clean as you can for the best results. I noticed a difference when eating along of veggies and fruits vs not getting enough of those in. I would still have a movement in the mornings, but sometimes it would be more solid vs soft. *
