Bowel Motion is one of my favorite products and I try not to use it often. I use this with the colon and digestive tract formula when I need a good clean out. It's like a laxative without the cramping. However, I don't use it often. Very good product and I would highly recommend it. Try at your own risk and you won't be disappointed. *

I struggle daily with going to the bathroom. I took 3 of these capsules before I went to bed like I've seen ppl suggest and within the first hour or so I went to the bathroom. I got a bit of cramping but I think it's because I'm so backed up. Other than that, I love it and I will be buying it again this week coming up. *

I've tried a few "bowel"/"colon cleanses" before and was pleasantly surprised with the results. No awful side/pre effects (I.e.; cramps, rumbling, gas, etc...). As long as you're amply hydrated the relief will be natural and not inopportune rushed/urgent. Point blank it does what it's supposed to do. *

All I can say is Bowel Motion works! Thanks Dherbs for making such an awesome product. Completed my Full Body Cleanse just shy of three weeks and started taking this product two weeks after. Those pounds are still going down. *

I so wish this worked for me like it seems to work for most other people. I took it multiple times and usually, it didn't really do anything. I only 'went' a couple of times and I'm not even sure if it was because of the product or just coincidence. I'm currently doing the Full Body Cleanse and when I finish that, I plan on trying it again. *
