I take 3 every night before bed. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it works well to keep me regular, but I get some occasional cramping, usually in the morning. Drink plenty of water, it'll help! I'm ordering another bottle now, it's priced well in my opinion. *

The capsules worked very well so I decided to try the tea and it did absolutely nothing. I had to reorder the capsules. Going to try to return the tea. *

I don't have bowel movements as often as I should. I have gotten many suggestions and have tried many things. My sister recommended dherbs. She had purchased the 20 day cleanse and didn't use the bowel motion. She gave me a couple and they worked like a charm. Not like most bowel movement products that hurts your tummy before you go to the bathroom. I highly recommend the Bowel Motion for those like me who have trouble going to the bathroom. *

The Bowel Motion certainly causes "motion" and will clean you out but it was too much for me. I have been taking it as part of the weight release cleanse and regimen and have been taking it every night for the past 7 days. I am normally on the constipated side and didn't think it would be a problem but I have had a terrible stomach ache/cramps/bloating and diarrhea since the very first evening i took these pills. I was up for several hours some nights cause my stomach just wouldn't settle. The pain felt like someone was twisting a knife in my stomach. I have been drinking a ton of water and last night i started showing signs of dehydration because everything was literally going straight through me. I would eat or drink and in 5 minutes i was in the bathroom. Someone shared with me that Senna leaves (first ingredient) is a powerful laxative and does not work for some people so I decided to skip it last night and i slept all night and feel so much better this morning! I'm rating is as a 4 because it certainly does work but also wanted to make people aware this can happen. I was thinking it may have been the sudden change of diet of only raw fruits and vegetables that was my stomach was getting used too but after skipping it last night I feel certain it was these pills. I will continue to take it but will decrease the amount and only a few times a week to see if i can tolerate it better! *

As an adult I've had GI problems, which OTC store bought stool softeners, laxatives and enemas never helped or were short term relief, not to mention are so horrible for your system! But since using DHerbs bowel motion I've had daily BM's and all discomfort is gone!! I highly recommend this product! Safe for daily use....I take every evening. *
