I started the Bowel Motion Tea about two weeks ago because I was going every 2–3 days and feeling super backed up. First couple nights I did one mug before bed and by the next morning things… moved. Now I’m pretty much once a day, sometimes twice if I’ve eaten heavy and the bloating has eased up a lot. Taste is OK; I add lemon and honey and it’s fine.
