I am not regular but I started the bowel motion tea after a Full Body Cleanse and it really assisted in keeping my actively moving. I try to have a cup of tea 3-4 times a week. The taste is not the best for me but I have tried all kinds of teas and this one works. I lost 20 lbs on the Full Body Cleanse and will start another on after Christmas. I would recommend these products for positive results. I feel it assisted with a positive mental also. *

The bowel motion tea does just what it is designed to do. I wake up in the morning have a cup of tea around 6 am and by 11 I am going.
