Ever since I started using the Bowel Motion I haven't had any of my usual bathroom issues. *

I have consistently been using the Bowel Motion supplement for about 2-3mths. I must admit that it is gentle enough for me to take for life. I have no cramps, upset stomach or discomfort of any kind. It helps me produce a very natural BM and each and everyday. I take 3 capsules each morning just after my workout. I am guaranteed a BM each day. I think there has only been once or twice that I have taken them and didn't get a response from the supplements. I was curious as to why I didn't at those times but I figured it must have been what I did or did not consume in my diet those days but nevertheless I have no complaints about this product. I even ordered some for my significant other and he really liked how they worked as well. Great all natural vegetarian supplement. *

Dherbs I just want to tell you that the Bowel Motion works wonders. My sister first tried the herbs out and suggested that I try it. I was bit skeptical at first but once I took them that night, the next day I defecated 3x. That same day I went on to buy my own bottle. I plan purchasing the Full Body Cleanse today. Thanks Again *
