With my recent visits to the doctor, It was discovered that I WAS borderline hypertension. I figured I would tackle the problem alone with a changed diet and exercise, but genetics continued to over power me. I begin to take the cardiovascular formula and my numbers begin to drop in within 2 weeks and by the end of the bottle I begin to see numbers like 135/77.
