My Daughter and I have been taking these CNS pills for just under a week and already I’m noticing a big improvement! My Daughter, 12, has been struggling with anxiety and depression for about a year and a half. You can imagine as a parent how painful it is to watch your precious Baby go from being bubbly and care-free to withdrawn and moody. Within just a couple of days I noticed less mood swings! Central Nervous System is a really good supplement. It's especially great when I take them for sleeping purposes. I normally take them 2-3hrs before I go to sleep and I sleep right through the night. *
