Colon & Digestive Tract is amazing. It helps flush everything out to keep you feeling great and light. Literally after the first day, I started feeling it working. It helps with constipation and bloating and overall weight loss. I use it in combination with Bowel Motion and the two work amazingly. The way I take these supplements is 3 capsules of Bowel Motion at night preferably two/ three hours before bed, so the cleansing can undergo while asleep and 3 capsules of Colon & Digestive Tract as soon as I wake up in the morning. Great product! Highly recommend. *
