I tried the 3-Day Juice Cleanse and it was definitely a ride. Day one hit me hard because I’m so used to snacking, and suddenly going to only juice felt like a shock to my system. But by the time I woke up on day two, I felt way less sluggish. The cravings started to fade, and I actually had more energy than I expected. By day three, I felt pretty great — lighter, less bloated, and just overall clearer in my head. I didn’t have any major stomach issues or anything like that, which was a relief because I wasn’t sure how my body would react.
