Picked up the Fluid Formula because I’ve been dealing with weird puffiness in my hands/ankles after long shifts. Been taking it a little over two weeks now and the first thing I noticed was my rings weren’t cutting into my fingers by late afternoon. My socks aren’t leaving those deep marks either, which used to bug me. I’m peeing a bit more but it feels like my body’s letting go of extra water instead of holding onto it.
