I purchased the 20-day Full Body Cleanse because I was unable to lose weight. I was exercising and changed my diet, but the weight was still there. I read the reviews and decided to buy. I was amazed that I had lost 10lb in 10 days. I lost 15lb total. During the cleanse, the very first thing I noticed was my hot flashes were gone. I used to have them ALL the time.
