I decided to do 10 days and then do another 10 days later because it was personally challenging for me to complete 20 days in a row of only raw foods, but definitely felt benefits after only 5 days. I completed the Full Body Cleanse in January as part of a 31 day raw food challenge with family members. This was my third attempt at the cleanse. The other two times were not successful because I cheated a few days. I lost 6 pounds each time. This time I followed the steps closely, stuck to a completely raw diet, and lost 11 pounds. Five months later, I still follow a plant based diet 99.9% of the time. The cleanse was the jumpstart that I needed to gain more energy, a clearer mind, and the desire to stick with my healthy eating habits. I will do the FBC again towards the end of the year. *
