I bought the Full Body Cleanse because of my stepmom's amazing results. Everything she shared about her experience made it easier for me to take the plunge, considering the cost versus the benefits. After committing to it, the hardest adjustments were taking the pill regimen on time throughout the day and embracing "raw food" options. However, sticking to the cleanse became easier with smoothies and other recipes provided by Dherbs. I didn’t feel hungry, as the cleanse emphasized the importance of regular, frequent food intake.
