I loved the fact that you had to eat raw during the Full Body Cleanse. I don’t cook much as I’m 73 and an empty nester. I was in a great place mentally, fixing 3 raw meals a day for myself and two friends from out of state, whom I talked into buying the Cleanse. They never ate a raw diet before and fell in love with the recipes from DHerbs site and other raw cookbooks. I had to set alarms to take the supplements.
