I am AMAZED at the results from the Full Body Cleanse and I could not wait to share! I have lost 15 lbs so far, my skin looks absolutely amazing, my fupa is nearly gone, my sugar cravings have disappeared, I have so much more energy than before, and best of all I am sleeping so well at night which has always been a struggle for me! I planned for success by meal-prepping raw vegetables, fruits, and nuts the night before. I drank distilled water the first 5 days then switched to Alkaline water, as suggested. I kept temptation at bay by telling everyone I was on a raw vegan cleanse and I REFUSED to lose anything but weight :) Another surprising result is my knees have stopped "creaking" lol! I am so happy that I made the decision to treat my body to this 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. I have done other cleanses, but NOTHING has worked like the FBC. My entire digestive system feels amazing. I'm on day 17 with 3 more to go. I joke with my accountability partner that I feel like this FBC is cleaning my SOUL, lol. I consider myself to be a pretty healthy and active person. I work out with a trainer 3-5 days a week and do some sort of cardio on the other days. My eating habits are plant-base/pescatarian the last 15+ years; I don't eat junk food, fast-food but this FBC let me know that EVERYONE can benefit from a Full Body Cleanse. My next step is to order the maintenance plan to continue on my cleansing journey. I highly recommend this FBC for EVERYONE. Your BODY will definitely thank you! When taking the Full Body Cleanse, within about 5–7 days I notice that I have more energy and better focus. But the best effect I experience is that my hot flashes disappear within 3–5 days. I’m not sure which formula is responsible for that, but I’m SUPER grateful for it! Toward the end of the cleanse, my skin looks clearer, and the bags and dark circles under my eyes fade away. It can feel a bit daunting to take so many capsules throughout the day, but I’m a witness that they WORK!
