This will be my 2nd time using the Full Body Cleanse. The 1st time I lost 17lbs and had my physical blood work done right after. My numbers were great, I didn't workout because of physical restraints but this time I will include more exercise. It wasn't hard to jump into eating raw. *

The Full Body Cleanse is easy to follow. This is my third time over the years. Cleansing involves frequent bathroom use so I started over the weekend when I would be able to stay home. It is challenging and requires a lot of willpower for those who are parents and have to cook for their families. I informed mine and tried to cook less frequently but it was still a challenge for me. Overall I’m pleased with how I feel. Today is my last day and I’m 20 lbs lighter. Now that I’ll start reintroducing foods and have more energy, I will incorporate moderate exercise to avoid weight gain and try to remain in a caloric deficit to continue to shed and tone. And I look forward to trying the Dherbs non-FBC recipes. *
