The Full Body Cleanse was a great introduction to my new relationship with food. I am already a pescatarian, but the cleanse helped me to appreciate homemade salad dressing, which is so much better than store bought. It also made me more aware of food labels and reading the ingredients. The supplements helped to curb my appetite as well! I have started utilizing the recipes offered on this site and must say that they don't disappoint! My husband and I did the cleanse together. He stopped after 9 days. He lost a total of 13lbs by Day 5. I was so jealous! I had only lost 4lbs. Prior to the cleanse, I was in perimenopause and my TSH levels were very high. My endocrinologist wanted to start me on meds for life right away. I declined the meds and asked her to allow me to find a natural way. Since the cleanse my TSH levels have returned within normal range. My hot flashes disappeared by Day 2 of the cleanse. By the end of the week my menstrual cycle returned. I'm not sure if I'm excited about that LOL! My only complaint is the number of capsules consumed for the detox. I understand it's the cleanse but with life keeping one busy, it's easy to forget to drink the recommended amount of water. This is so very important!!! The Full Body Cleanse made me feel like superwoman when it was over. My body just felt clean and rejuvenated.
