I used the Full Body Cleanse by Dherbs. It did everything it was supposed to and more. During my cleanse, I stretched out the capsules to 21 days and I lost a total of 11 pounds. Additionally, I have a history of very high cholesterol readings. After having my blood taken by two separate labs about 1 week apart, my vitamin/mineral levels were amazing. My energy is great and my cholesterol is now 201, which is just 2 points above the normal range (199). This cleanse has motivated me to change my eating habits, lifestyle, and honestly, I am not even interested in going back to eating anything other than fruits, vegetables, juices, smoothies, and nuts. Dherbs has changed my insides as well as my mindset. Great product. This is my second time doing the Full Body Cleanse. The first time I lost 15 lbs, this time I lost 19 lbs. *

The Full Body Cleanse really flushed me out and did me well! You must be patient with the herbs and stick to a good diet, but it does as it is supposed to. I take the capsules and put them directly into water, and that seemed to go well in my body. I drank a lot of juice, did enemas daily, and got a lot of sun while participating in this cleanse. I felt so amazing after. *
