I completed the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and lost 13 lbs... During the initial 10 days, I experienced a lot of different emotions especially anger and resentment...but I learned a lot about my body... After the first 12 days, it became much easier... I am now off the cleanse, and I no longer have cravings for Coke Zero (I was addicted to it) and absolutely no sugar cravings.... I don't miss bread but I have added some fish back to my diet....
