I love the Full Body Cleanse, but I think there should be more options than just raw foods. I believe that raw food can be difficult for most people to sustain. The flexibility of choosing when to take each pill is great because it allows you to select the best regimen for you. Also, 20 days isn't a long period of time to maintain the regimen, which makes it achievable and doesn't seem like an unreachable goal. *

I am 57 years old and this is my first time trying the Full Body Cleanse for 20 days. I was apprehensive about using the product because of my job as a bus operator. Fortunately for me I deal with Charter Transportation (bus comes with toilet). I am very pleased with the results which others could also see. I lost over 15 lbs. in 20 days. It's a great product. All you need is the discipline to stick to it and you will lose weight without doing anything, I mean literally not working out. This is my third time doing the Full Body Cleanse (I actually worked out this time) and lost 25 lbs. The last two times I've done it I've lost at least 20 lbs both times. Oh, I also must say you have to be committed after you're finished because if you go back to the way you ate, you will gain everything plus some back lol. Trust me, I know it all too well. Well it was an interesting journey for me. I only went from 196 to 188. My goal weight was supposed to be 135. I want to lose more. I will try the Full Body Cleanse again in two months. *
