I lost 17lbs during the 20 days. I could have lost more, but my changing work schedule had a negative impact (please keep that in mind). Overall, the cleanse met my expectations. It forces you to be consistent in your effort to achieve your weight loss goals. You do not have to starve yourself, and you're not running to the restroom every 5-10 minutes.
