I had an awesome experience doing the Full Body Cleanse and following the raw food diet. I wouldn't have done this if the recipes were not available. Eating a raw vegan diet was a pleasant break from cooking anything. I was not familiar with this way of eating, so I relied heavily on the recipes from the site to learn how to prepare delicious meals. I didn't like taking 30 capsules each day for fear of indigestion, but I figured it out and took them right at my meal and snack periods. My energy and lung capacity had increased during exercise. I no longer had soreness or inflammation in my body. My mind became more focused, and I have been able to go to bed and sleep soundly. I did the additional suggested activities like soaking in an herbal bath, which was pleasant and also helpful for winding down. I like the results in terms of how I look and feel. I will continue this way of eating, but I will incorporate hot meals because I do enjoy them. *

This is my second time doing the Full Body Cleanse. The first time was a few years ago. Like before, I'm noticing that my body's clock is fine-tuning. I go to bed early and wake up early (before my alarm clock). It's hard to believe that there is so much waste in my body. I feel great and cannot wait until next week. I am on day four and my cravings are just about gone. From prior experience, I've gotten a nice glow to my skin and lots of compliments. I cannot wait for that feature to kick in. *

This is the second time I've done the Full Body Cleanse and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It is super gentle. If you follow the directions, you have no choice but to feel better and lose weight! I lost 15 lbs pretty quickly, and it helped me get my poor eating habits under control. I realized that red meat has been my biggest enemy, so I've almost done away with that. Dairy also causes me more issues than I realized. I also realized how much bread I was eating, which didn't help my weight gain at all. Words of advice: Just follow the directions to a better you! *
