The Full Body Cleanse was one of the best things I could have done for myself. I did follow the diet but did not exercise, so I only lost 9 pounds. However, after the 20 days, was over, I felt lighter and energized. I will continue with my vegan diet and do the weight loss cleanse this time with exercise. When I started the Full Body Cleanse, I was not sure I would be able to complete it because everything had to be raw. Day 1 - I was pumped up. Day 2 - I woke up with a headache. I followed the recommendations on the site (drinking plenty of water and consuming brazil nuts and avocado), and it worked within an hour; my headache was gone. Day 3 - I started to feel lighter, but I was a little more fatigued during the late afternoon, which is good because normally I can't fall asleep and end up awake until 2 am. Day 4 - I woke up rested and feeling lightweight. I'm only on Day 4, I haven't weighed myself yet, but I feel lighter and I have more energy during the day. I also seem more focused on tasks, which I didn't expect. I'm also not having cravings and I've been able to prepare meals for my family without cheating.
