I have used the Full Body Cleanse in the past and lost 5-7lbs. During and after completing the cleanse, I experienced less chronic inflammation, a better mood, more energy, and a clearer complexion. However, I did regain the weight within a few months after reverting to old eating habits. After researching other DHERBS products, I have decided to try the 10-day cleanse followed by the 20-day weight release regimen for a total of 30 days. I am hoping that this combination will help kick off my weight loss journey to a good start. I am also looking forward to using DHERBS recommended recipes during and after the regimen. *

I like the Full Body Cleanse because it got me to drink more water - you have to take capsules every 2-3 hrs. I started to have much more energy. I wasn’t running to the restroom every hour like with another product I've tried. I lost 14lbs but I still need to lose another 30lbs or so. My doctor was happy with my progress but I also wanted to see the difference when I wasn’t on the cleanse - I haven’t gained any of the weight back. But I can see that my stomach is bloated from the different foods I have slowly brought back into my diet and I'm starting to feel sluggish. I’m going to purchase the Full Body Cleanse again until I reach my goal. I will do the maintenance program as well. *

I thoroughly enjoyed the Full Body Cleanse system. It made a great difference in how I feel and my weight loss. It was a great buy for the money. The product was gentle and easy to follow. I am eager to try this product again to achieve my weight loss goals. It's a great product and it really works. The tea is actually really good without adding honey or a sweetener to it. I learned about the tea with the 10 day cleanse, but when it was over, I found myself wanting just the tea. I'm also not a huge tea drinker, as I'd rather drink coffee, but the tea may have replaced that urge for coffee. So here I am ordering the tea and in no need of a cleanse. Oh well, it’s delicious. Will definitely order again. *

The Full Body Cleanse is great. I lost around 15 pounds. I could have lost more by sticking with the diet. *

The Full Body Cleanse by Dherbs is amazing! I have lost 14lbs so far and have 5 more days to go. I feel great, my skin is glowing, and I no longer have digestive issues, gas, or bloating. It was a little tough the first few days making sure that I took each formula on time, but it was so worth it! I love the way I feel and will probably keep up eating raw and clean. *

The Full Body Cleanse was a relatively easy cleanse. I was prepared with raw foods - prepped and ready to eat. I did lose about 6 pounds, not as significant a weight loss as I had hoped for, but I do feel more energy and less lethargy than when I started the cleanse, so all in all, it was a good experience. Just be prepared! If you think about food, it's much more difficult. Make eating a mindless activity by having salad and dressings, smoothie sets and cut fruit, nut butters and fresh juice sets all ready to eat, prepared ahead so you can grab and go. Good Luck! *

This is a wonderful all over body experience. I never knew that by just changing the foods I was consuming, I could change my whole metabolism. My husband and I did the Full Body Cleanse and really enjoyed the challenge of refocusing our bodies to optimal levels. I recently completed the Full Body Cleanse. It was great...I had to urinate a lot during this cleanse, which was not a bad thing. I was no longer constipated, an issue I have dealt with on and off for a long time. I was able to have a bowel movement regularly. I no longer feel bloated or tired all the time...I will definitely be doing this cleanse again. *
