The Full Body Cleanse is an excellent product. I lost weight and the herbs made me feel very energetic and focused. On the first day, I got a headache, so I increased my water intake and I felt great! Every day, I eliminated, drank plenty of fluids and started to feel younger and greater. The key is to make sure you drink plenty of fluids and fill up on veggies and fruits. I did not feel hungry because I made sure that I ate my veggies.
