The Full Body Cleanse was amazing. I began feeling the effects around the 3rd day. My energy level increased and my body aches decreased. I lost 2 lbs by day 2. Although I hoped to see an immediate change in my weight, I must say I noticed a change in the way my clothes fit first. After the first week, my energy level improved, I slept better, and I woke up more energized, focused, and ready to start my day. I definitely recommend the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. One thing to note is that we have a part to play in this as well. It will require self-discipline. If we want to be successful with this cleanse, at first it will be a challenge because we are used to eating a certain way and we can no longer eat that way. Going from eating cooked foods to all raw veggies and fruits, no meat, no processed, canned, or packaged food is quite hard. So it will require self-discipline. At the end of the cleanse, I lost 15 lbs but I felt the best I have felt mentally, physically, and spiritually in a long, long time. It has been a month since my completion of the cleanse, and so I am about to purchase the next phase of the product to help me maintain and continue to live a healthier life. It is definitely worth investing in yourself because you can’t do it on your own. *

The Full Body Cleanse was good. It worked for me, despite the many pills to take each day. I did not lose the amount of weight I wanted, so I am on the maintenance plan to continue doing so. I never got tired of eating the raw veggies. Overall, this is a good cleanse for your body. I highly recommend it! *

I used the Full Body Cleanse last month. I can't say I followed it to the letter, but it was extremely effective in helping me improve my overall health. I feel great. I've clearly lost weight (although I refuse to weigh myself yet). I can see my stomach and upper body shrinking and becoming more defined. The cleanse, along with a committed workout program, has started me on my journey to even more weight loss and has helped me alleviate the need for pressure medication to regulate my body.
