The Full Body Cleanse was a relatively easy cleanse. I was prepared with raw foods - prepped and ready to eat. I did lose about 6 pounds, not as significant a weight loss as I had hoped for, but I do feel more energy and less lethargy than when I started the cleanse, so all in all, it was a good experience. Just be prepared! If you think about food, it's much more difficult. Make eating a mindless activity by having salad and dressings, smoothie sets and cut fruit, nut butters and fresh juice sets all ready to eat, prepared ahead so you can grab and go. Good Luck! *

I recently completed the Full Body Cleanse. It was great...I had to urinate a lot during this cleanse, which was not a bad thing. I was no longer constipated, an issue I have dealt with on and off for a long time. I was able to have a bowel movement regularly.
