The Full Body Cleanse works great if you follow the directions. The first three days were my biggest challenge, but the instructions made it easy to follow. I noticed a major change in my skin and mind clarity. My energy levels have also improved. I weighed myself at the beginning and at the end of the cleanse - starting at 217 lbs. and ending at 199 lbs. My goal is 190 lbs - I’m getting there! I would advise that you plan your meals in advance. The cleanse has helped me transition to an 80% vegan diet. Each person is different and will have their own journey. Like my wife, she has also done the cleanse, but I will let her share her own story. Because of my results, my sister-in-law is thinking of purchasing this cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse was amazing. I began feeling the effects around the 3rd day. My energy level increased and my body aches decreased. I lost 2 lbs by day 2. Although I hoped to see an immediate change in my weight, I must say I noticed a change in the way my clothes fit first. After the first week, my energy level improved, I slept better, and I woke up more energized, focused, and ready to start my day. I definitely recommend the Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. One thing to note is that we have a part to play in this as well. It will require self-discipline. If we want to be successful with this cleanse, at first it will be a challenge because we are used to eating a certain way and we can no longer eat that way. Going from eating cooked foods to all raw veggies and fruits, no meat, no processed, canned, or packaged food is quite hard. So it will require self-discipline. At the end of the cleanse, I lost 15 lbs but I felt the best I have felt mentally, physically, and spiritually in a long, long time. It has been a month since my completion of the cleanse, and so I am about to purchase the next phase of the product to help me maintain and continue to live a healthier life.
