I decided to do the Full Body Cleanse after seeing how my family members had benefited from it. This cleanse did wonders for my skin, my energy level, and minimized the inflammation in my body. This is my first time doing a cleanse and I must say, I am impressed with the results and my discipline. Initially, I suffered from terrible headaches; however, by Day 4, it was smooth sailing. I love the Full Body Cleanse. It gave me so much energy. The first day was kinda hard because I didn’t get my lunch and dinner, so I was at work hungry because I didn’t have raw veggies or fruit. The Full Body Cleanse is an outstanding product. Unfortunately, I missed specific times scheduled to take the supplement. I plan to finish up what I have left. There were days that I did great all the way till 5 PM, but then I would miss 7 PM or forget to drink the charcoal. If you can stay on schedule and stick as close to the raw fruits and vegetable diet, I believe the Full Body Cleanse would be amazing. I’ve done it before and absolutely loved it and have since recommended it to quite a few people. *

I researched the Full Body Cleanse and wanted to know what it was all about, so I purchased it. I actually lost weight and loved the cleanse! This is my second time purchasing this product.
