I am currently on Day 15 of the Full Body Cleanse. I have no problem taking the pills. There is a pill case that comes with the order, which is helpful. I feel energetic. Sleep was a problem before the cleanse, but now I can sleep throughout the night. Let's talk about my appetite. I have none. No sugar cravings, which just blows me away. I am not hungry at all, so there is no way I cheat. I have a friend and we take pictures of our smoothies and our raw salads. AMAZING! I have more weight to lose, so I will do another round.
