At first, I was hesitant about using the product. After conducting my research, I realized all the herbs were natural. The Full Body Cleanse wasn't harsh on the body. My husband and I did it together, which made it much easier. It was definitely accountability for us. All raw foods and no alcohol helped us regain focus and mental clarity. This is one of the best cleanses I've ever tried. I'm only on Day 3 and I feel amazing. The day before I started the Full Body Cleanse my sinuses were bothering me tremendously. My throat was sore, I woke up with one of my nostrils completely stopped up and I just felt really under the weather.
