I was skeptical for a while and finally I decided to try the Full Body Cleanse. I needed a jump start in my weight loss. While on the 20-day cleanse, I lost 17 lbs. The weight was just falling off right before my eyes!!! I feel much lighter, healthier and most importantly I feel good! My only dislike was the amount of pills I had to take on a daily basis. This product is the truth! Every time I do the Full Body Cleanse I lose about 10 pounds in approximately 12-15 days. It's unbelievable and it works! Period! Love the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 12 pounds on it and you really get used to eating raw foods by the end of the 20 days. I am currently doing the Weight Release Cleanse and loving it! The hardest time is probably the first 7-10 days, but after that, it's really smooth sailing and you get the hang of it. Within the first couple of days, I lost around 5 pounds, then plateaued and was only losing a pound or two. In the last week, I lost 7 pounds and was amazed! *
