I'm 52 years young and this was my first ever Full Body Cleanse. I give myself a B+ when it comes to following the raw food diet recommendation. To be fair, I didn't eat terribly on this plan; I just ate a little meat or wilted vegetables here and there. Otherwise, this was a great experience! This is the real deal. There are lots of pills to take but it definitely cleanses you out. I lost 5-6 pounds during the Full Body Cleanse. I possibly could have lost more but I didn’t eat only raw foods. I also got sick because of something else going on and had to stop for a week but started right back up to finish. This will make you have a bowel movement every morning! *
