My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse, and we managed to stay on track. This was our first time, and we both experienced weight loss - I lost 8lbs and he lost 12lbs. We have now moved on to the maintenance package. Previously, my husband was on high blood pressure medication, but after the cleanse, his blood pressure is now in the normal range and he has decided not to go back on the medication.
